I previously posted this on the DOS forum, before I realized that there was a seperate forum for DOSBox. I have deleted that and copied exactly what I said here.
I've been searching all over Google, and still can't find a solution to my problem.
I installed DOSBox and TES: Arena on my Linux machine today, and everything was running beautifully until I tried to engage in combat. When I held the mouse button down and tried to swipe, nothing happened (except that my character kept moving around).
I've had this problem before, and it eventually caused me to give up on trying to play Arena. Last time it happened I was running Windows Vista, so it's not a Linux problem.
For a little more information, I remapped some of the movement keys to W,A,S,D and removed the functions originally associated with them. I was having the same problem before the remap, so I don't think returning that to default would change anything.
Has anybody else had this problem, and does anyone know if there's a way to fix it?
