You should probably just use the installer available at http://www.sierrahelp.com/Games/RAMAHelp.html .

Also, in the future please include the name of the game you want to run in your subject line.

I have win 7 64 bit and found my RAMA game installed beautifully under dosbox 0.74. Actually I also use LaunchBox front end which has neat features and allows multidisc game installs, but basically it's running dosbox 0.74, and I use a customized dosbox.conf file for each game so I can tweak. For RAMA I tweaked RAMA dosbox default settings a little bit: fullresolution and windowresolution set to actual dpi screensize, output=ddraw (overlay works too), autolock=false (to prevent mousetrapping), frameskip=1, aspect=true, and that's about it. Launchbox/dosbox and the games are installed in a C:\ level directory, not under windows program files. I don't remember if I did anything with the game's bat file, but I documented it elsewhere on this forum for this game.

Inside the game, you can set the gamesave folder location; it will want a short folder name like RAMASAV under the SIERRA folder... easier to find later than where it defaults to, which is RAMADOS all the stuff the code uses.
