Might be easier with an image of the card, or if you prefer a software method the PCI ID.

OK, pretty sure that's a Millennium 2. RacoonRider already posted the link to the appropriate driver matrix.
If you want to check (and not take out the card) you can download ftp://ftp.matrox.com/pub/mga/previous/bios/setup351.exe (from http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/support/dri … /previous/bios/) and use the included pcispy.exe.
