good afternoon.

i am attempting to emulate an old win98 pc, specifically its dos version using dosbox so that i may be able to utilize an ancient dos program i desperately need.
this program utilizes both floppy drives and ZIP (iomega 100mb) drives. I have run into some issues with mounting the zip drives and getting dosbox to recognizing it. i have attempted to mount it as a floppy but the system will only show the single standard floppy (drive A). I have mounted the ZIP drive as a directory but my application does not see it appropriately and attempts to write the files to the floppy A drive instead of the zip drive.

any assistance would be greatly welcome.

First, DOSBox issues should be asked in the DOSBox forum where you will find quicker answers and if needed, where the DOSBox devs will see it. Perhaps a mod can move this for you.

Second, why not just copy the contents on the ZIP disks into a folder on your hard drive and mount that folder to take the ZIP disks out of the equation?
