Got my newest addition in today. A Pentium III IBM NetVista 6579-RAU.

What AGP VGA would you guys recommend? Nothing too exotic / rare: something that would support WarCraft III nicely. 32 or 64MB I guess.

The Pentium III era is outside my expertise. Thanks!

Based on what I can find online it appears to be an AGP X2 slot.

AGP 2x is actually nice (harder to find on IBMs since most are 4x+).

If you really want to go all-out, I would recommend a voodoo 5500 AGP 2x -- pretty powerful cards, the 4500 pushes warcraft 3 no sweat, so the 5500 should do even better. I have a few lying around (I also mod them with brand new copper heatsink fan assemblies). We could do a trade if you're interested.

Thanks! Another friend sent me a PM with the FRU # of the OEM shipped card: 09N5033. I bought one of those. I will get in touch for a Voodoo once I identify a game that would utilize it fully.
