if i start a new game it works normally
the problem is not the dosbox or stonekeep
but is this map i think, or the game after i complet some quests, maps, when i return here, but i back to fairy map to complet quests and retur to here, but now every time i get close of a npc the windows of dosbox freeze, what must i do? i need to close and start again load the game, but still freezing when i get near of npc and i need to pass from him to continue the game. 😢

Seems quite similar to: StoneKeep hangs halfway through game

I think the game just has bugs, which might be avoided by restoring from an earlier save point.

Stonekeep was infamous for its bugs back in the day. There was always that ambitiousbugginess*hype factor to consider with the era, even then, and on most of those, bugs aren't always DOSBox's fault.

Ice sharga following? It's a well known Stonekeep bug.
AFAIR the solution is simple - 180-turn and move backwards.

Asus P4P800 SE/Pentium4 3.2E/2 Gb DDR400B,
Radeon HD3850 Agp (Sapphire), Catalyst 14.4 (XpProSp3).
Voodoo2 12 MB SLI, Win2k drivers 1.02.00 (XpProSp3).

I could not solve the problem but I could go through the NPC using the invisibility spells and silence
