Copied version? MS-DOS checks what disk it is.

What host OS?

Are you tying it to a physical floppy drive? Or using disk images?

How are you switching disk images? Through the qemu console?

I am confused.
If you are using disk images, you have to switch images using qemu console

Use shift+2 to access it from qemu and shift+1 to go back to the main screen.
