Hello long time no see people.

I am having a problem on trying to get Star wars episode I racer to play on my Windows 95 I have on DOSbox.

So for those who are wondering is that Star wars episode I racer is a game based off of the Podrace concept from the Star wars prequels. (Of course alot of people of the original trilogy hate the prequels and especially Jar jar.)

So here is my experience with this issue. So First I made my self a ISO file from my game CD by using Power ISO or UltraISO. Second I putted it in my 95 folder on my Wiindows 7 laptop C drive. (That's where I keep my Windows 95 hard disk image and a extra to store my Game ISO files.) I right clicked on "My computer" clicked manage, selected and right clicked on "Disk management", chose "All files", selected "Other.img." (That's my HD image where I put my isos of Windows 95 games.) It loads I put the image in. I eject the HD from the disk management. Then I go into DOSbox SVN, clicked on the official DOSbox SVN icon which is. (DOSbox.exe) Clicked on it starts up Windows 95, it takes my to the desktop, it plays the start up sound. Then I go into "Properties" changed the resolution to High color 16-bit 640x480. Went to Daemon tool 3.47, loaded the ISO, the start screen comes up. I clicked the install button, it install just fine. (I think.) I asked it to make a desktop icon, I had directx 7 installed so I skipped the directx 6 installation. And it exits me out to the desktop. I clicked on "Play Star wars episode I racer" icon the start window comes up I clicked to play the game. It tells me to select my video card. (I had the openglnb option on.) Selected 3Dfx directx. And then it starts. Shows the Lucasarts FMV logo, and the Star wars intro with the story line going up to space with the John Williams theme, I watched the intro and I am in the start screen. And now here is the problem when playing in game races. The gameplay plays fine with a little limitations like you won't get it up to 60FPS. (You will probably get 40 or 30 due to the DOSbox SVN limitations with accelerated hardware with Windows 95.) And during a race it will come into a weird glitch in the game and freezes and the sound repeats.

And so I don't know what the problem is wrong, maybe it's the games default options.

I know people have mentioned before about playing "Star wars episode I racer" on windows 95 on DOSbox SVN on VOGONS and I know some one who played it on there.

If any who got this working on Windows 95 on yhkong's DOSbox svn better than I please give me other ideas on how to fix this.
