I get low CD Read speeds on my Windows 3.11.
The drive indicates that it is operating in 4x read mode, but the transfer rate is 110kB. (less than 1x). The WAV file size that I want to play is around 35MB to 50MB.
The CD Drive is connected VIA SCSI port.

It seems it was an error in the CD it self.
The Interface Adapter is AMD SCSI-2.
