So. after the demise of my Packard Bell PB450+ Motherboard 🙁. I swapped in my spare Packard Bell PB640 motherboard from a Platinum 1 into it along with the Tower Riser Card. For some strange reason, the Packard Bell turns on, but no video on the screen. I also took off all the jumpers and put them back on maybe correctly? After a few tries today, I only got video once and after I shut it down, no video on the screen. When the computer turns on, the keyboard lock keys flare up, good sign I guess? Did I fry the onboard video? Help Me! Thanks.

I'd just chuck another videocard in there and see what happens. Even then don't give up, I've had motherboards work ok again with PCI, then next time it wants a ISA or AGP. Reset BIOS to default put the original card back in and it acts like nothing ever happened!

Guys, I somewhat got it to work by removing the motherboard cleaning it with alcohol, It removed some rust and It also fixed the Cirrus Logic Display Software? There is some more rust on the board, but it is amazing to see that it still works! After I shutdown the pc, after 1 hr there is no video on the monitor. I adjusted the power cable going to the pc and it powered on. I think the psu has issues in my opinion. The plug on the psu is kinda loose on the back of the computer. Is it a power supply issue? It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't Thanks.
