Should be fine, provided you don't have the DOS drivers installed for the Audigy.
I have a 98 box that has multiple audio boards; AWE64 Gold, SW1000XG, CMI8738. The 8738 is mostly just used as a trigger in sequencing/editing programs and as an extra MIDI/Game port. The setup worked fine, it still worked with an SCC-1 thrown onto the pile, but I removed that as the machine was overkill for it and it was not welcome in a machine I use to do actual work anyway.
It may be wise to turn off your parallel port and any serial ports you aren't using to free up the IRQs (And possibly a DMA channel too) though.
For convenience sake, I have a shortcut to the Multimedia applet in the Control Panel on my desktop so I can quickly meddle with the board I am using to output Windows audio or the MIDI mapper as older Windows versions let you use multiple synthesizers simultaneously without having to start a sequencing program - though the capabilities were limited. The only reason I rattle on about MIDI/Sequencing is that this uses the game ports and I've never had trouble with it outside of issues specific to a particular card that would arise in any machine without the other cards present anyway.
