Ask the makers of DOSBox Turbo.

This isn't DOSBox Turbo's support forum. This is the support forum for DOSBox.

There have been enough people looking here for help with DOSBox Turbo that I wonder if they have something in their documentation pointing to here. I did at least notice that their site does point to the official Wiki. I have no interest in paying for something that is built mostly on the free work of others just to find out.

No, that's not what "Insufficient memory" means.

I don't know about DOSBox Turbo, but it's unlikely it supports a memsize of 512. (Windows 9x itself starts to have severe problems when that much RAM is installed on a real machine.) Try memsize=63.
