Hi guys. Yesterday I picked up a socket 754 rig with an interesting X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity PCI audio card. Is there any chance someone made Win9x drivers for it? I'd like to use it in my Pentium III V2SLI rig, since it has no ISA slot and is currently using the on board AC97. Normally I'd be fine with the on-board audio, but the mainboard is a cheap ECS Via Apollo chipset deal and the AC97 implementation is horrid (buzzing, clicking and whatnot).

I'm only asking because I read somewhere that some of the X-Fi boards work with modded Audigy / Audigy SE drivers - and those seem to have some Win9x support.

If you can actually find an Audigy SE driver for Win9x, it should work with this card, as it is just a rebranded SE. I wasn't able to find any drivers with a quick search.

not audigy SE, get Live Value drivers, same chipset, but the Live Value 24bit does have 9x drivers
