I have above monitor around here for repairs. Any general direction which may cause above issue?
According to the seller the monitor was working 10 years ago when it was put into storage but shows above issue ever since he tested it again recently.
Verified the issue myself. The monitor has a bunch of jumpers (ttl/analog, color/text, etc.). Brightness/saturation trimmers on the front appear to have no effect, just as changing the tint (b/w, green, amber) at the back has no effect either.
So far I've only done a basic visual inspection of the internals and reassured all trimmers inside have proper contact.

Also appears said monitor also appeared under the name "Highscreen MS 2014"
