Can anyone dump the EEPROM ("PnP-ROM") contents of that card?
I had one here for repairs/research which didn't work with the MED3201 drivers uploaded on here (http://www.vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?fileid=732).

I've now reflashed the EEPROM with a standard gravis one from "p20disk3.zip" and it's working again with the standard GUS PnP drivers.
I know it's quite a specific thing to ask and really nitpicky since the card is now properly working, but I want to see if I can get that card working with the original drivers uploaded on here.
