I was looking at getting some older CrystalEyes stereo glasses to play around in Duke3d and other games that supported it.

You can find the transmitters and glasses relatively cheap on ebay. However, nobody seems to have the VGA cable with a 3-pin connector coming off it. Where would I find this, and also any thoughts on using these 3d glasses from those days?

Not sure on the VGA/3-pin cable, but there's plenty of cards that have a 3-pin connector built in, if that kind of swap would work for your application.
