Hey guys,
I cant seem to find an award flash utility that will let me update the BIOS on a recent P5A (1.03) that I just got. Trying to flash the 1011.005 image, but every flash utility is telling me its the wrong file. Tried getting the file from multiple global links from ASUS so it should be the correct one. Any ideas?

No, I've been trying different awdflash versions. I may start looking into uniflash though.
Well uniflash tells me there is a bad boot block and refuses to flash the new bios. So either my bios cant be flashed, or my 1011.005 image is bad. Any other ideas?
According to Asus.com the 1011.005 is a Beta Bios

Strange that there is no flash utility
I just looked in my stash but I don't have stuff for the P5A. Only for some other mainboard. I found Aflash2.21 here.

Sometimes a special engineering version with the correct parameter is necessary to flash a BIOS.
Check http://www.k6plus.com/phpBB3/index.php forums as well, they surely had issues like yours many years ago.
