Hi guys I just installed a Voodoo 2 onto my main Windows 98 computer and I'm playing the gold version of Civ2 but it's not playing the videos correctly and returning errors like ICDecompressEX Returned -3... I've NEVER had this problem before installing this card, why the heck is this happening?

I have googled "ICDecompressEX" and it seems like it's software related. (from a quick browsing through the search results)
Eighter you have installed some broken patch, or you need a patch to resolve the issue.

Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.
Those cakes make you sick....
