i suppose you already looked on vogons drivers. I think there is a Video Seven "VEGA" disk there, but not sure if this will work with your card.

The most important thing at first would be figuring out the DIP switches on the card.

It may also be included in the SPEA Media Gallery CD available on Vogons Drivers.

I looked on vogonsdrivers, the VEGA driver is a win3x one and the SPEA CD doesn't have anything related to the card in question...
All I could find are settings/utils for a similar card: http://www.minuszerodegrees.net/manuals.htm#Video_Seven , the VGA16 one... but the pic on the manual is different.

- these cards were used by Siemens in IBM compatible 386s (the ESD warning symbol is typical for Siemens)
- the BIOS of mine has the color/mono monitor misdetection bug on faster machines
- it has 256k RAM, so mostly only VGA modes - the manual below lists additional modes
- The manual and drivers: http://www.minuszerodegrees.net/manuals/Video … Users_Guide.pdf may still be the right ones for you, your card has a different layout but the same components, and the same FCC ID. On your card there is PDIP memory, the other card has SMD-packaged memory.

Is the 1.09 BIOS on my card newer? I can just read the chips with my programmer and post the files...

Mine has 1.04 (or so it seems) so yes, it's newer. Might be useful for somebody who desparately wants to use this unimpressive card (in case this bug really is fixed).

well, the card works in XTs - that's why it caught my attention after all these years that I own it. I'll dump the roms and post them here just in case 😀

As promised attached are the ROM contents of the card.

U16 is a NMC27CP128Q eprom, possibly a CGA character ROM for the cga emulation? no idea - just a guess...
U17 is a NMC27C256Q eprom, the VGA bios

I always thought vga bios was split as odd/even but that does not seem to be the case. So anyone interested in this enjoy! 🤣
