Hi,
I set the autoexec command (in options file) to mount 2 hdd partitions + floppy drive and start norton commander. In this configation diskette in floppy drive is necessary to mount a: drive
Is it possible to mount floppy drive without diskette inside?

mount d d:\
mount c c:\
mount a a:\ -t floppy
d:
cd nc_sys
nc.exe

Yes

mount a C:\this\is\my\floppy\ -t floppy

no diskette to physically mount when it's a local directory.
