When do you think it's acceptable to trash packaging and its contents of aged computer hardware? I've felt bad for making the decision due to space constraints, only to regret it a decade later, but at least I always keep the driver discs.
One day, I decided that I would photograph boxes and such before throwing them out, just in case there is something I want to look back to and remember.
I always try to keep boxes for graphics, for their design have a special place in my heart, but I find it easy to discard something like CPU packaging due to their plain design.

Do not refrain from refusing to stop hindering yourself from the opposite of watching nothing other than that which is by no means porn.

Packaging can be thrown away if theres no marks or written "anything" on the packaging (like some HDD's that came with plastic clamshell "boxes", they seemed to be all the same for all the HDD's from that manufacturer).

Usually I keep the packages, but with for example cardboard packages which have a thin paper cover around the box (which can be slid off and folded to a very thin thingy which takes up less space) I use the cardboard boxes a lot for storage of RAM modules and such.

At least that's how I did it a lot, I needed storage capacity very badly 🤣
