Do the Sound Blaster Vibra 128 CT4810 use similar drivers in MS-DOS mode like Sound Blaster Live or Audigy models? I could get these cards very cheap for 6 euros, but don't know if it is worth buying.

Yes, almost the same. It is said that the Live!/Audigy has slightly improved FM emulation compared to the AudioPCI and its Creative Re-releases.
