Screamer being a DOS game, try MS-DOS mode.

but it run fine on windowd ME, thats weird i can acces it in dos mode but it crashes.

Screamer is on my suspect list. In VGA mode the game runs reliable, but in SVGA mode it tends to crash with protection faults, after racing some tracks. IIRC it does this in Windows 98 and pure DOS.
