bootdisk for old dos games?

i'm trying to make a bootdisk for dos games,
but i can't enable the sound without the dos driver of SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio, does anyone know where to get it?
or any other driver that can enable the sound?

What - exactly - is this Analog Devices chip? AD1885? AD1816? AD1815? (Use AIDA - http://www.aida32.hu - if it helps to identify it. If not, crack the case and look at the motherboard.)

Also useful would be which motherboard or, at least, chipset you have (northbridge and southbridge)
