I have windows xp professional and I am having trouble saving my Stunt Island movies in Dosbox using the ctrl + alt + f5 keys. I am able to capture images, open to full screen etc.. Does anyone know why? I was able to save movies on my sisters windows 8 computer. Thanks.

I moved this topic to Dosbox General - please post Dosbox questions in the Dosbox forums.

Trouble - is it saving anything? Any message in the console? Please delete the mapper file to make sure that you didn't accidently remapped a key...

No error messages. How do I delete the mapper file?

I think the console tells you the location. probably where the config file is http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Dosbox.conf#Window … .26_Windows_8.x

I noticed that images that were captured are in my games/stunt files but when I used the ctrl,alt,f5 keys to capture the movie only the sounds were saved but in my Local settings files not in my games/stun files ... ??? This is making me crazy. Must be an XP problem. I can always save my movies on my sisters computer.

The error message tells you what to do and of course that is true for all files that have conf file ending.
Right click, choose "open with" and select notepad...
