Yamaha sound card with daughter board/ SB-Link: Any drivers?

Does anyone have any info/ drivers for this PCI Yamaha sound card with SB-Link and a daughter board?

It has a Qsound chipset on the daughter board (for 3D sound). I can't seem to find any drivers for it, ideally for Win98. I have drivers for the YMF744, but not the daughter board. Any help would be much appreciated - thanks in advance.
