Dosbox mouse&tablet bug

Ok. DosBox acting strangely. When i try launch settlers 2 (or only open DOSBox) on tablet (full Win 8.1, 1gb RAM, Intel Atom), it write few line on command line(DOSBox status window) and exit (not even displays the welcome screen).

But when I connect usb mouse, Dosbox works perfectly.
I don't know why but DosBOx seems not working at all, without mouse
Anyone know what causes this problem?

Reset settings/ reinstall doesn't work.

It's supposedly a quirk with SDL, the backend of Dosbox that "talks" to your system. You are not the first to have a problem with this ;(
