Does anyone know how to delete keybindings out of this screen? I.e. clear a function so that there is *nothing* associated with it? Nothing I've tried works, instead you end up with lovely things like gameplay functions bound to [esc] or [del]

Yes, I know you can edit the config files (plists in my case) but the parameters aren't written in a readable way so you're doing it blind.
