I have a Gateway 2000 with the Intel Advanced/ATX (Thor) motherboard in need of the latest BIOS 1.00.03.CN0T. It currently has 1.00.01 which is quite buggy. Google has failed me. Anyone have a copy?
I don't need this anymore. I downloaded the 1.00.06.CN0 bios for the original Intel board and with the help of a hex editor got it to flash. It works perfect! If anyone wants them, I have uniflash compatible bios dumps both before and after the flash.

Necropost to caution anyone finding themselves here - I almost bricked my bios using the uniflash compatible version, 1006CNOT.BIO (128kb).
If you have the Gateway OEM version of this mobo, download and extract the exe (which includes FLASH memory update utility 3.2, which you want to use) "Bios Ver." for 1.00.06.CN0 here (make sure to read the readme), and use the provided bootloader use these two files from techtweenie from the above dropbox link: 1006CNOT_.BIO (select this file specifically when flashing) and 1006CNOT_.BI1, do NOT use 1006CNOT.BIO.
