I'm unable to find the DOSBOX config-file in Windows 7 professional 64-Bit!
Therefore cannot use it in Windows 7!

Using open SuSE 42.1 leap can find it and configurate it fine!

How I can do all nessesary settings for using DOSBOX in Windows 7 ?

After installing dosbox you should be able to find it in the start menu ("dosbox options" or something similar, you can't miss it).
Or you can just open Windows Explorer and browse to {system drive}:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\DOSBox\dosbox-{version}.conf
