Hi,

Tomorrow I want to take my old pc case covers to get them repainted. I have two following questions:

- should I use powder coating or regular coating?
- what do you thing would be the most appropriate color code from RAL palette? Somewhere I found recommenation to use RAL 9001, but it seems bit to creamy - yellowish to me.

If you have the option of powder coating, do it. Don't even bother to ask. It will last a life time, being an indoor item that is rarely touched. You won't regret it unless you want another color. As far as what color to pick, I can't offer any advice you would want. I hate the "beige box" look. I used to paint my cases from the 80's until the early 2000's just to have any color other that some off white. Good luck with the powder coat and be sure too post pic's when it's complete.
