Hey all!

Getting into 90's pc building and I'm hitting a roadblock with a setup.
I have a shuttle 591p with 128mb SD100 ram and a 128gb hdd.
The issue is that I want to use a k6-2+ instead of a k6-2.

Swapping in the k6-2+ and writing the older patched bios allows me to get to the drive listing, but the bios freezes upon recognizing the hdd (>37 gb error 😢 ).
However if I swap into the newest bios (w/ k6-2+ compatibility), the hdd works, but when I install the k6-2+, the bios freezes just before the memory check.
I cant tell whats going on here, but I have to assume that either its a error in the bios, or the hdd is simply too big to work. Any suggestions?

And hello again!

K I fixed it in a dumb way :p
I used the award bios patching tool to add in 128gb hdd support to the K6-2 patched bios. Now everything works.
I'll get in some new ram next week and try out that but :v
