This installs with DOSbox, I've tried changing the mode and scaler to make it a bit less awful.

A more up to date and tuned DOSbox, with pixel shader D3D output, maybe, and which options for best (most pleasant, rather than most accurate).
Any other tweaks to suggest?

Also found *forgot I had it" Dungeon Keeper Gold on GOG, and it looks like that one IS KeeperFX friendly.
