Greetings,

After some consideration I decided to explore the Voodoo 3 couple with Voodoo route.
I removed a 3Dfx Voodoo 3 3000 AGP and an Orchid Righteous 3D from storage, and I'm looking for BIOS images
to update these cards.

I managed to find 3k07sd.rom from http://www.3dfxbios.stantoworld.co.uk/, 65536 bytes, BIOS version 2.15.07-SD, CRC32 = fe38132f, SHA-1 = 1947087a004c39b52217d98397075fa8e029f052.
FLASH.EXE is 100092 bytes, CRC32= e6429d26, SHA-1 = 98c0c88d1c11ca8243c2fa8bf89a5de3e768c83b.

Are these files correct ones for this card?

I can't find anything for the Righteous 3D, so I'm once again turning for help on these forums.

Any help you can provide is, as usual, greatly appreciated.

Edit: It just occurred to me the Voodoo Graphics doesn't have a BIOS. Is that correct?

Voodoo 1 and Voodoo 2 are 3D accelerators.
They have no 2D part and therefore there is no BIOS.

The disclaimer about corrupted BIOS images on that page doesn't bode well, but I guess I can compare hashes.

Edit:

I can't get consistent results comparing BIOSes on both pages.
2.15.12 on http://www.3dfxbios.stantoworld.co.uk/ is identified as a BIOS for a PowerColor version of the Voodoo 3.
http://3dfxbios.cl-rahden.de lists the same revision as a normal one (3dfx?), but both CRCs don't match.

2.15.07 appears to be different also.

As I understand it, 3Dfx never released BIOS updates on their web pages, so all the images floating on the net come from users' Voodoos.
Is there a repository with verified images?
