Hey all, I recently installed the first Test Drive Off-Road through DOSBox 0.74 on my laptop running Windows 10 Home. It seems to run decently, except for one problem: During gameplay, the game looks jittery. It's hard to describe, but, for example, if I'm sitting still and an opponent drives past me, it almost looks like they leave a very small trail behind them, or if I drive forward, the world doesn't seem to move with my vehicle completely smoothly. Also, I did notice when selecting a vehicle at the main menu, the vehicles seem to spin very fast. Hopefully I'm making myself clear enough... 🤣

I did try choosing different graphics settings in the game's options, but nothing seems to really fix the issue; however, running the game under SVGA mode seems to produce the least amount of "jitteryness" during gameplay. Are there any settings that I could set in DOSBox itself that could fix, or even help, with the glitching in the game? I'm pretty new to using DOSBox, so any replies would be helpful. Thank you, and have a nice day! 😀

If you want someone to take a shot in the dark, I would suggest changing the "machine=" line in your DOSBox.conf (easily accessible via the "DOSBox Options" shortcut from the Start menu). vesa_oldvbe or vesa_nolfb would be the first ones I would try.
