Is there a Motherboard capacitor replacement service that is available for people in the UK? http://www.badcaps.net only takes US customers 😢

DIY. Get a soldering iron, a suck pump, solder, and some caps. It's not hard at all.

You haven't seen me solder. I have the most unsteady hands imaginable. I can barely hold my cutlery when i'm eating, let alone a solder iron...
So do I when I don't lay off the caffeine!
All hail the Great Capacitor Brand Finder

You're of course right we haven't seen you solder, but recapping a mobo isn't really a precision job either. I'd actually call it a quite good newbie project. The only thing I'd worry about is having a soldering station powerful enough, you'll need some wattage, those multi layered PCB:s transfers a lot of heat away.
Also, you could always find some junk PCB to practice on, you might feel more up to the challenge after a few hours with that 😀
Run to the nearest makerspace, grab the nearest engineer, and give him 50£ + parts for him to do it.
