Can anyone recommend any good /decent Pentium 2/ 3 Retention Brackets?

Looking on ebay and there are a few, but dont want to go out and buy a few sets to find out they wobble and arent tight to the board..

They aren't REALLY needed. In a pinch you can always use zip ties if you're card doesn't fit very tight.
