Has it become bandonware yet ? I can even oficcialy pay for that old game as I'd like to see it's early parts on the machines of it's age...

the problem with most of the wannabe-civilized world is that the term abandonware is not legally present or binding;
personally though i believe if a company does not care for cutomer requests for a given product for more than 3 years - its abandonware and the company should loose forever all rights
