Found something interesting in Yahoo Auction Japan:
https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/q160263624

These two cards are descript as "RITTOR MUSIC / イマージョン(IMMERSION)、イマージョン2(IMMERSION 2) / KV-701、KV-702", and have been tested with no functional failure. I got no idea about what are they and what are they used for?

Since I got a Roland D70 recently, I wanna collect some information on those two card. Are those two cards useful for retro game players?

These kind of cards usually contain additional samples for use in sound modules or synthesizers; they're mostly useful for people who want to compose music.

The cards are for this Roland synthesizer: http://www.vintagesynth.com/roland/d70.php, which is not the same thing as the SC-D70 (which lacks a card slot). AFAIK, there are no Sound Canvas modules that can take such cards.
