So hi, at start i want to say that i am new and i have dosbox for masm6.11 for learning assembly. I am an unix user and i dont like using dir.
I was trying to make an alias for ls=dir. I installed an doskey and add it to PATH variable, then I am adding alias/macro (doskey ls=dir) but alias its not working. I am getting 'illegal command'.
I can use 'doskey /macros' and I can see that there is 'ls=dir' but still its not working. I have windows 10, thanks for help 😀

I've never used them but 4DOS supports aliases.
