i'm not able to hear voices when playing Shannara. Music is fine, no problem. I tried lots of config changes, no luck there. I can play the game without an error message, but speech is missing.

When playing Deathgate (this game is using a similar "game engine" compared to Shannara, both by Legend Entertainment), i dont have problems with speech - everything runs fine.

I dont know what to do... playing a game without voices is less fun... 😒

I dont think details about my computer will help (seems to be a software problem), but here you are: WinXp (+ service pack and all the fixes), Athlon 600, 256MB Ram, Gigabyte Motherboard, Geforce2MX 400 64MB, no software like sandra etc.
