The Mach64 series (including some early Rage/Rage Pro) have Windows 3.1 drivers, if you wanted to build some sort of super insane 486 system with PCI.
I actually have that Visiontek card, or one very similar. Mine is a rather capable PCI workstation card with 128MB of video memory. If you are looking to put a bullshit amount of graphics power into a machine with only PCI, look no further.
