Do anyone here have original box of AdLib sound card or any other material with a good quality logo + text printed? I would need a high DPI scan (600-1200 dpi) of it if anyone could make a scan of it. TIFF format would be good. Similar to this one including the (R).

Easiest way is most likely to vectorize a raster image by yourself instead of relying on others to scan and those simple logos are just perfectly suited for vectorization. You can use the freeware Gimp or Inkscape to vectorize and export in your desired format with the necessary DPI.

This image is the best scan I have found online. I can possibly use this, but some other scans would help also.
