I've got an Optiplex GX1 tower chassis with a Pentium II 350MHz processor. I've updated BIOS to A07 and according to this it should be able to take socket 370 to slot 1 adapters with Coppermine processors in them. I have a 1GHz Coppermine Celeron in my slocket but when I power up the machine it does not post or beep. Same thing happens if you boot it without a processor installed. Works perfectly with the PII processor.

I've tried default jumper settings and manually adjusting them to 100MHz FSB + correct voltage but still no dice. Also note there is a jumper (not my picture but same motherboard) where you set the CPU speed (up to 550MHz IIRC) but I've tried some configs and no dice with them. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
