I just got it today and here are couple pictures.

It would be nice to know what kind of drivers it might need. It is quite heavy mouse, so there must quite bit metal there. Even just the ball is 50 grams.
The mouse must be from 80s considering the style.

Why don't you just try it? Use cutemouse, which will probably detect whatever protocol the mouse uses.

I don't have the adapter to change it to use the smaller serial port. The mouse didn't cost anything, so I wanted to find out if it is something I can use before trying to track down one of those adapters and spending money on it.
