i downloaded the latest version of VDMsound 2.1.0.beta. I have the original CD for discworld 1 and have installed it without problems. There was no sound and none of the sound drivers worked so i found VDMsound and loaded it and when i try to run discworld it said "loading VDL.LD something or other..." the screen goes black and then it says it cant read the discworld CD (although in the cd rom).

another old game i tried to play with vdm is the sword of shannara. when i try to load it, it says "unable to establish graphics mode 101h. Please load VESA driver for your graphics card or try installing UniVBE 5.0...."

please help
