I can not for the life of me figure out how to get the clips off the heatsink and im worried about breaking anything. So im hoping somebody here can give me the secret.
I don't remember been any real trick to it?
Mine has something like this, and was as simple as pushing down and in to unlatch it.

I have the SFF the same style heatsink that Chinny linked. Im sure im missing something really simple, but when i push down on the tallest part that sticks up towards the roof of the machine it just wont detach or pull off. And that PDF sadly is different, i just cant find a manual either to help.
Nevermind, another dumby move by me. I did not realize those clips in the middle of the bracket are what you flip up. Wew. Thanks big time though guys.
