Finally found my scanner so I could scan in my MHz display configuration document. It's for either a T-583 or T-586 MHz speed display. Thought I'd share it here in case anyone needs to configure theirs.

I scanned it at 300dpi so It's printable at Letter Size 8.5 x 11 in (215.9 x 279.4 mm), which is way better than the small print 5.5 x 4 (139.7 x 101.6 mm) piece of paper that came with my case. 😒
