I can't list all the information asked for because I dont know it. All I know is that I have Windows XP, with enough avaliable memory and no interferring viruses. Everything is working properly with my computer.
I have installed Zork nemesis and set XP to windows 95 compatibility but everytime I put the first cd in, it freezes. I dont know what to do. Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't have Zork Nemesis, but I do know a couple of things to try.

When something like this happens to me, I use another drive to read the disk and it usually works.

If that doesn't help, or it's not an option, try this. Hold down the Shift key while you insert the disk. This will disable the autorun feature. Then, go to My Computer and browse the CD. You might find seperate setup and autorun programs. If you do, run the setup program. Note that this entire procedure assumes that an autorun program that may or may not even exist is causing the program. As I said, I don't have the game, so I am just guessing.

By the way, I don't think you can set all of Windows to a compatibility mode (please correct me if I am wrong). What exactly did you do?
