Is there a MIDI synthesizer for Windows 95, that can use SF2, soundfonts?

Sound Blaster Live! and Sound Blaster Audigy series.

Or do you mean a software synth that can load SF2 banks?

Creative has Vienna SoundFont Studio available for the Live! cards on their downloads page if you are wanting to edit SF2 banks.

Here is a "synth" that is meant to be used with a Live! or Audigy card:

I am not seeing anything specifically that is a software synth that can load SF2 soundfonts.
